Our Zumba is led by our certified instructor, Tina Geibel. In this fun and exhilarating hour, Tina will lead you through a high-calorie burning dance, aerobics class. This high-energy class will have your muscles pumping
and hips moving as you lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. Zumba is held is the fitness studio located upstairs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15p-8:15p, and Fridays from 5:30p-6:30p.
Boot Camp is led by our certified personal trainer, Kara Frazer. This exercise class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Kara will motivate and push you harder than you’d push yourself and challenge you beyond traditional strength training with this advanced, total body functional strength training class. You don’t just take boot camp, you survive it! Boot camp meets on Mondays and Wednesdays in the fitness studio upstairs from 5:45p-6:45p.
The GU Run Club is designed for individuals looking to get involved in walking or running regularly. Our certified personal trainer, Kara Frazer is here to support and motivate you along the way. Runners and walkers of all ages, abilities, and ambitions are invited to join. Improving your health and fitness through running is our primary goal; and along the way you’ll make some great friends and memories! Currently, Run Club offers monthly 5Ks and "Family Fun Runs".
