Never satisfied with the status quo, Adam strives for perfection in his recipes and will not settle for less than the best.
Back in California his friends would go crazy over his ribs and barbeque sauce. Now in Indiana, Adam has created some of the best smoked barbeque yet! His pulled pork sandwiches are to die for and his smoked pork ribs fall right off the bone, after being smoked for over 16 hours. The Beef Brisket is smoked for over 30 hours and the Pork is smoked for almost 25 hours.
Adam has been serving the great people of Indiana since 2003. Hopefully he will be serving them for many more years to come. Big Hoffa's is bringing a barbeque culture to Indiana and has definitely become a Westfield favorite!
